ATTORNEY REFERRALS
We routinely collaborate with both in-state and out-of-state attorneys and law firms on a variety of cases. Approximately 80% of our cases are referred by other attorneys and most of these referrals are repeat referrals by satisfied lawyers who have become our valued friends. We are willing to handle all of the litigation with monitoring and oversight by the referring lawyer, or law firm, or to handle the litigation, including depositions and trial with associate counsel closely involved. Over the years we have accumulated sufficient capital to fully fund and finance any case from the simplest automobile wreck case to the most complex medical malpractice or products case. Our goal is always to achieve a “win-win-win” for the client, the referring attorney, and our law firm.
We frequently serve as lead trial counsel for out-of-state law firms and attorneys here in Georgia.
We regularly update our referring attorneys with phone calls and copies of all correspondence, pleadings, copies of depositions, notices of hearings, and trial calendars. We welcome referring attorney’s full or partial participation in the matters in which we are associated.
We honor, respect and protect our referring attorneys relationships with their clients, by including referring attorneys on important decisions regarding trial preparation, strategy, and evaluation of cases. We have demonstrated our impeccable intent and have obtained outstanding results repeatedly for our many referring lawyers.
We have enjoyed continuing mutually advantageous professional relationships with referring counsel, in many cases, for over 30 years.
We handle cases in all Georgia counties and have obtained numerous six and seven figure verdicts and settlements in the areas of brain and spinal cord injury, wrongful death, trucking accidents, motorcycle accidents, car accidents, premises liability, apartment and hotel liability, medical malpractice, and negligent police chases.
These verdicts and settlements have been obtained in the metro Atlanta as well as south and north Georgia including: Atlanta, Decatur, Augusta, Marietta, Savannah, Macon, Dalton, McDonough, Conyers, Covington, College Park, Gainesville, Fanin County, Thomas County, Fulton County, DeKalb County, Rockdale County, Henry County, Gwinnett County, Newton County, Richmond County, Clayton County, Hall County, Liberty County, Bibb County, Glynn County, Cherokee County, Chatham County, and Bartow County.
